1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The premises will comply with Blackpool Council's Adult Entertainment guidelines.
2 SIA registered doormen will be employed at the premises.
3 The premises will participate in the Nightsafe scheme.
4 The premises is fitted with a CCTV system.
5 Entry to the premises is restricted to over 18s only.
6 The Challenge 21 scheme will be in operation at the premises.
7 There will be no provocative advertising on the exterior of the premises.
8 No bottles or other drinks vessels are permitted to be taken outside the premises.
9 The premises operates a safety glass policy.
