Welcome to the Blackpool Council Public Access for Lalpac web pages providing on-line access to information about the Licences which have been issued by the Council.
By selecting 'Premises Register' under the Licensing Act you can also search a list of Premises Licence applications made under the Licensing Act 2003, that are not yet determined. For these applications representations can be made in writing to the Licensing Service until the last date indicated on the notice displayed on the premises (blue A4 notice for Major Variations and New applications and white A4 notice for Minor Variations).
