• Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions

   

  Alcohol

   

  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  a)              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

   

  or

   

  b)              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2              Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Exhibition of films

   

  1              Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless (2) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by that body.

   

  2              Where  -

   

  a)              The film classification body is not specified in the licence,

   

  or

   

  b)              The relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this condition is applied to the film in question,

   

  Admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  1              Non-standard timings:

   

  Prior to the 1st September 2007, when the Gambling Act 2005 comes into force fully, the permitted hours on a Saturday are:

   

  a)              For the provision of activity A, B, E, F, G, H, I, J, K and M, 09.00 - 04.00 the following day.

  b)              For the provision of late night refreshment, 23.00 - 04.30 the following day.

  c)              The opening hours of the premises are 09.00 - 04.30 hours the following day.

   

  2              CCTV shall be installed at the premises. The number and location of the cameras/monitors and recording equipment to be agreed in accordance with the Crime Reduction Officer at the Lancashire Constabulary.

   

  3              Recordings shall be stored in a safe environment for a period of time agreed with the Crime Reduction Officer and made available to an authorised officer of the licensing authority or police.

   

  4              The system shall be maintained and images stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act and any other relevant legislation relating to the use of the systems.

   

  5              The Licence Holder (and/or their respective agents) will liase with each of the relevant authorities to ensure that all appropriate inspections are carried out to the satisfaction of each of the respective authorities before the premises commence trading to the public.

   

  6              The Licence Holder will ensure compliance with all building regulations requirements prior to trading.

   

  7              The Licence Holder will comply with the reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer applicable at the time of completion of the works.

   

  8              The Licence Holder will provide a fire risk assessment prior to the commencement of trading.

   

  9              The Licence Holder will comply with the reasonable requirements of the environmental health officer, to include matters, relating to acoustic measures, noxious smells and refuse.

   

  10              Signs to be posted in a prominent position at the premises asking customers to respect the premises’ neighbours and to leave the area quickly and quietly.

   

  11              A list of telephone numbers for taxi companies to be prominently displayed at the premises.
