Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 Children's parties will not be held during the licensed period.
3 McDonalds Restaurants Limited will maintain a CCTV system in operation on the premises while open to the public. Immediate access to the CCTV system will be provided to Police Officers and Council Officers at their request.
4 McDonalds Restaurants Limited will comply, as far as reasonably practicable, with relevant Health and Safety and Fire Safety Legislation. All required health and safety risk assessments and fire safety risk assessments will be undertaken in writing and reviewed on a regular basis.
5 McDonalds Restaurants Limited will ensure that the footpath immediately outside the front of the Restaurant is kept clear of litter emanting from the premises.
6 At all stores where CCTV is in operation appropriate signage reflecting this information is displayed.
7 CCTV will be stored on a hard drive system. The CCTV equipment will be of a standard suitable to record images of a proper quality and will meet the industry standard.
8 As part of the digital CCTV system an alarm will sound if the equipment is faulty or not recording, thereby alerting management for the need to intervene.
9 At this restaurant all shift running managers have training and security training.
10 All restaurant staff are required to attend comprehensive safety training to ensure that safe working methods are adopted.
11 The store operates a "No Open Alcohol Containers" policy to prevent persons carrying open alcohol into the in-store area.
12 Doors are self closing and customers are encouraged to be considerate to neighbours and limit noise both when ordering their food and on leaving the local area.
