Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Noise from any regulated entertainment will be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive premises or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to nearby residents.
2 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with entertainment shall at all times be under the control of the licensee and the controlling mechanism shall be operated from a part of the premises inaccessible to the public.
3 All external windows and doors leading into the licensed area where regulated entertainment is provided should remain closed during the provision of regulated entertainment except when being used as an escape route in the event of an emergency.
4 Regular assessments of the noise emanating from the premises during the provision of regulated entertainment shall be made and the noise level adjusted accordingly to prevent nuisance to nearby residents.
5 There shall be no perceptible vibration through the fabric of the building or structure to any habitable part of any adjoining property. (Habitable part means any part of the building or outdoor space, in substantial use at the time of the entertainment and does not include bathrooms, toilets, corridors or access lobbies).
