Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Capacity for the screens is limited as follows:

2 CCTV system including recording of images covering foyer, box office, retail area, limited areas of car park and rear of cinema.
3 Use of two way radios to facilitate communication between management ans staff.
4 Proof of Age Scheme including photographic identification at box office and ticket check.
5 Leisure Park security provided by landlord.
6 Car Park lighting is controlled by the landlord. The Licensee and management is to ensure that this lighting is maintained for opening hours where relevant.
7 All age-restricted films (those classified by the BBFC as 12A, 15 or 18) are strictly controlled by staff to prevent admittance by those under age.
8 Photographic ID may be requested at any performance.
9 Screens are patrolled regularly by staff and these patrols are recorded on a log.
10 No unaccompanied children under 12 years to be admitted to film performances commencing after 20.00 hours.
11 No unaccompanied children under 15 years to be admitted to film performances commencing after 22.30 hours.
12 In the event of the occasional screening of a Blockbuster movie in the early hours of a morning systems will be set in place to direct traffic onto the site to parking places furthest away from the residential accommodation at the eastern perimeter to the site.
