Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Food waste from the business shall be bagged and stored in the waste receptacles at the rear of the premises. Food waste must not be left out in the open air overnight.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
Notices are to be placed in the premises requesting that customers leave quietly and that they place empty containers in the bin.
There shall be no deliveries from suppliers after 2300.
At closing time any food rubbish is to be removed from the wall of 263 Devonshire Road.
