Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1) The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement authorities.
2) An adequate number of licensed door supervisors will be on duty as appropriate to any risk assessment and in accordance with the guidance under the 'Nightsafe' scheme.
3) Risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by an officer or a Responsible Authority.
4) A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
5) Frequent collection of all litter dropped within the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the licence holder's expense at a frequency of not less than 60 minute intervals during opening hours. This includes washing away to the gutter any spilled food.
6) Noise from any regulated entertainment, mechanical ventilation or refrigeration plant shall be inaudible within the nearest sensitive properties or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to the residents of these properties or their guests.
7) There shall be placed at all exits points from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, clear and legible notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly so as to minimize disturbance to nearby residents.
8) The Licensee shall ensure that adequate ventilation is provided so as to ensure that cooking, noixous or persistent smells generated at the premises do not cause nuisance to properties within close proximity.
9) The applicant shall have regard to the Duty of Care on Waste and for that purpose shall provide suitable receptacles for the storage of waste and ensure that these receptacles are constructed and maintained in such a way that they prevent the breaking open of the same and removal of the waste by vandals, thieves, animals, accident or weather.
10) Disturbances will be reported to the Police where appropriate.
11) Disorderly customers will be evicted from the premises and the Police informed where appropriate.
12) All staff and Management will be vigilant with regards to any potential incidents that may threaten public safety.
