Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. We ensure that at all times when the premises are open for any licensable activity, there are sufficient competent staff on duty at the premises for the purpose of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the licence and for preventing crime and disorder.
2. Any incidents of a criminal nature that may occur on our premises will be reported to the Police.
3. We have installed comprehensive CCTV coverage at the premises and it is operated and maintained at the premise.
4. Police can make an evidential copy of the data they require. This data should be in the native file format, to ensure that no image quality is lost when making the copy.
5. Copies of videos can be made available to Police on request.
6. Appropriate fire safety procedures are in place including fire extinguishers, fine blanket, internally illuminated fire exit signs, numerous smoke detectors and emergency lighting.
7. All appliances are checked annually.
8. All emergency exits are kept free from obstruction at all times.
9. All customers will be asked to leave quietly.
10. Clear and legible notices will be prominently displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and have regard to our neighbours.
11. CCTV shall be installed internally at the premises and will comply with the following:
The CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated to the reasonable satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary. The system will be capable of providing an image which is regarded as identification standard.
The system shall display on any recording the correct time and date of the recording.
The system shall make recordings during all hours the premises are open to the public.
Digital recordings shall be held for a minimum of 21 days after the recording is made and will be made available to the Police or any authorised persons acting for a Responsible Authority for inspection upon request.
The system shall, as a minimum, record images of the head and shoulders of all persons entering the premises.
