Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 All staff will be trainined in the 'Think 25' policy. Staff will be trained to look at the customer and 'Think 25' when selling alcohol.
3 Notices will be displayed around the premises advising staff and customers of the 'Think 25' policy in place.
4 An authorisation of sales, signed and dated by the DPS, shall be kept on the premises showing all persons authorised by them to make sales of alcohol at the premises.
5 All staff will receive training to promote the licensing objectives. All training will be documented and records made available on request to a Police Officer or an authorised officer acting for a Responsible Authority.
6 The Premises are to be equipped with a close circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement authorities. Images will be retained for a minimum of 28 days and made available on enforcement request.
7 A prompt will appear on the checkout, on the initial scan of alcohol for each customer, reminding the member of staff of their responsibilities relating to the sale of alcohol, including the company Think 25 policy.
8 On any Responsible Authority request the Premises will provide details for at least the previous 12 months of any internal tests carried out at the store to ensure that their staff are adhering to internal policy on age verifications when selling alcohol.
9 On any Responsible Authority request where Tesco has kept a records of incidents relating to alcohol occurring within the store then such records shall be made available for inspection.
