Additional Conditions

• Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions

   

  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  a)              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

   

  or

   

  b)              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2              Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  Exhibition of films

   

  1              Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless (2) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by that body

   

  2              Where  -

   

  a)              The film classification body is not specified in the licence,

   

  or

   

  b)              The relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this condition is applied to the film in question,

   

  Admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  1              No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.

   

  2              On New Year's Eve all licensable activities are permitted from 0900 hours on 31 December to the end of normal permitted hours on 1 January.

   

  3              On the occasion the clocks go forward for British Summertime, the terminal hour for licensable activities will move forward accordingly.
