Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 An additional hour is permitted on the morning of the day the clocks go forward (in order to negate the loss of one hour's trading on the relevant day).
2 Notwithstanding the hours mentioned here and in accordance with the common law right, the premises may open at any time for non-licensable activities.
3 The variation granted on 24 March 2009 shall only have effect upon the grant of a Casino Licence under the Gaming Act 1968 and the subsequent use of the premises as a casino under the Gambling Act 2005.
4 The premises are to be operated primarily as a casino under the Gambling Act 2005 (or such other legislation regulating gambling which may, from time to time, be enforced) and is regulated by the Gambling Commission (or such other Statutory Body as may be appointed from time to time) and, as part of this offering, will also provide regulated entertainment, food and the sale of alcohol.
5 CCTV shall be provided and the number and location of the cameras / monitors and recording equipment to be agreed in accordance with the Crime Reduction Officer at the Lancashire Constabulary.
6 The premises licence holder will comply with the Fire Authority's requirements.
7 Whenever the premises are used as a casino, no person under the age of 18 shall be admitted to the premises.
8 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with regulated entertainment shall at all times be under the control of the Licensee or Management and the controlling mechanism shall be operated from a part of the premises inaccessible to the public.
9 Noise from any regulated entertainment will be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive premises or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to neighbouring residents or their guests.
