Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement authorities. Recordings shall be kept for a minimum of 28 days with accurate date and time.
3 The Licence holder is to support and rigorously enforce a Challenge 25 proof of age policy.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 25 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable:
i. UK photo driving licence
ii. Passport
iii. Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card
OR any other nationally or locally approved form of identification which may be introduced in the future. If no suitable identification is provided, sale of alcohol to them will be refused.
4 All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
5 An incident book will be maintained within which will be full details of any occurances of disorder or refused alcohol sales. The incident book will be kept on the premises at all times and will be made available for inspection by officers of both the Licensing Authority and the Police.
6 No person carrying open or sealed bottles or glass will be admitted to the premises at any time.
7 The electrical system of the premises, including portable appliances will be inspected and tested annually by a competent person and a satisfactory report will be obtained. The competent person will be a suitably qualified electrician who is registered with the ECA or NICEIC.
8 All safety certificates and inspection reports will be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
9 Fire safety measures, with which the premises are provided, will be maintained in good and working order, and their adequacy will be determined on a regular basis, by the carrying out of a fire risk assessment as required by, and in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
10 An adequate and appropriate supply of First Aid equipment and materials will be available on the premises.
