Additional Conditions

• Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions

   

  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  a)              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

   

  or

   

  b)              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2              Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Exhibition of films

   

  1              Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless (2) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by that body

   

  2              Where  -

   

  a)              The film classification body is not specified in the licence,

   

  or

   

  b)              The relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this condition is applied to the film in question,

   

  Admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  1              The supply of alcohol will be limited to hotel residents and their bona fide guests only.

   

  2              The premises licence holder will ensure that all staff at the premises are properly trained.

   

  3              Proof of age will be required for any person appearing to be under the age of 18 who is attempting to purchase alcohol at the premises. If the appropriate proof is not produced there will be no sale.

   

  4              The premises will be constructed and will operate in accordance with all health and safety related legislation in order to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
