Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The non-standard timings for Late Night Refreshment and Premises Opening Hours are as follows:-
a) On the Friday to Monday of Easter, May, Spring and August Bank Holidays an additional hour will be permitted
b) On Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve an additional hour will be permitted
2 The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement Authorities.
3 Persons responsible for the operation shall arrange adequate supervision of any queue, which may form to gain entry to the premises. If required door supervisor(s) will be employed who will wear the appropriate high visibility jacket.
4 Risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the Licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by an officer or a Responsible Authority.
5 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
6 Frequent collection of all litter dropped within the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the licence holder's expense at a frequency of not less than 60 minute intervals during opening hours. This includes washing away to the gutter any spilled food.
7 Noise from any Regulated Entertainment, Mechanical Ventilation or Refrigeration Plant shall be inaudible within the nearest sensitive properties or at the discretion of the local authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to residents of these properties or their guests.
8 There shall be placed at all exit points from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, clear and legible notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly so as to minimise disturbance to nearby residents.
9 The licensee shall ensure that adequate ventilation is provided so as to ensure that cooking, noxious or persistent smells generated at the premises do not cause nuisance to properties within close proximity.
10 The applicant shall have regard to the duty of care on waste and for that purpose shall provide suitable receptacles for the storage of waste and ensure that these receptacles are constructed and maintained in such a way that they prevent the breaking open of the same and removal of the waste by vandals, thieves, animals, accident or weather.
11 At any time the premises are open after 03:00 hours, the premises licence holder shall provide two SIA registered door supervisors.
