Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The permitted hours for regulated entertainment are as follows:
a) Friday to Monday of Easter weekend 12.00 to 00.00 hours
b) Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day 12.00 to 00.00 hours
c) New Year's Eve 12.00 to 00.00 hours
2 All external windows and doors should be closed during any hours of Regulated Entertainment, except in the case of an emergency.
3 Noise from any Regulated Entertainment or Mechanical Ventilation will be inaudible within the nearest sensitive properties or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to the residents of these properties or their guests.
4 The premises will provide 'Proof of age scheme' and appropriate training for staff.
5 The premises shall maintain a responsible drinks pricing policy.
6 Frequent collection of glasses and bottles to ensure that empty containers do not accumulate in or around the licensed premises.
7 That at least one personal licence holder will be available by telephone or otherwise (whose identity will be known to all other staff engaged in the supply or sale of alcohol) while the supply or sale of alcohol is being undertaken.
8 The Licence holder is to support and rigorously enforce Challenger 21 proof of age policy.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: -
i. UK photo driving licence
ii. Passport
iii. Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card
