Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Non Standard timings:
a) Exhibition of Film - occasional extensions to 1000 the following morning on Friday and Saturday evenings.
2 All hall users must abide by the general rules governing the use of the church halls. This agreement is signed by an authorised person before the hall is used.
3 The Church operates a 'safe from harm' policy.
4 All meetings are led by adults, who take responsibility for the young people / adults.
5 Risk assessments are carried out.
6 All leaders who work with children must have Police clearance.
7 Permission must be given by the Rector, Halls Manager or Halls Licence Holder on behalf of the Parochial Church Council before any use can commence.
8 Hall users have the option of access from 0700 to set up for first activity at 0800. Any hall users wishing to access the halls from 0700 - 0800 will need additional permission (occasional requests only will be considered).
9 Hall users have the option to finish licensable activities up to 0100 with clearing away finishing at 0130 at the latest. Any hall user wishing to use the halls after 2230 up to 0100 (0130 for clearing away) will need additional one off permission from the Rector, Halls Manager and / or Halls Licence Holder on behalf of the Parochial Church Council (occasional requests only will be considered.)
10 No alcohol is allowed to be consumed on church premises including car parks.
11 Reasonable noise / sound is kept within the halls.
