Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Non-standard hours for the provision of Regulated Entertainment are as follows: -
a) The provision of regulated entertainment 'A' will be permitted 10.00 to 01.00 hours the day following Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
b) The provision of regulated entertainment 'B' will be permitted 07.00 to 01.30 hours the day following Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
c) The provision of regulated entertainment 'E', 'F', 'G', 'H' and 'I', will be permitted 10.00 to 01.30 hours the day following Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
d) The provision of regulated entertainment 'J' will be permitted 07.00 to 01.30 hours the day following Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
e) The provision of Late Night Refreshment will be permitted 23.00 to 01.30 hours the day following Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
f) The premises will be permitted to open 10.00 to 01.30 hours the day following Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
2 The premises will remain in regular contact with the local licensing officer / community officer.
3 Taxi numbers will be available to customers and staff at all times.
4 Outside and inside the premises there shall be video surveillance.
5 Regular collection of ashtrays and glassware from all public areas.
6 There will be lighting in the car park and garden area.
7 Disco, karaoke, and outdoor performances of live music will end at 23.00 hours, and will be restricted to 24 occasions per annum.
8 Regular litter collections will take place, and no collections will take place before 07.00 hours.
9 Anyone appearing to be under 18 to be asked for acceptable photo identification. Acceptable identification will be a passport, photo driving licence, 'prove it' card or a locally approved police scheme.
10 Children are to be off the premises by 22.00 hours unless resident guest with responsible adult, or attending a function and accompanied by an adult at all times.
11 "No under 18's" stickers are to be placed on AWP's, and "No under 16's" are to be placed on cigarette machines.
12 The premises are operated in accordance with the principles outlined by the ‘Nightsafe’ Scheme, as are relevant to those premises, and indicated in the associated leaflet.
13 The premises shall be operated in participation with the ‘Pubwatch’ scheme.
14 All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
15 An adequate number of Licensed door supervisors will be on duty as appropriate to any risk assessment and in accordance with the guidance under the ‘Nightsafe’ Scheme.
16 Appropriate measures will be taken to ensure staff prevent the removal of bottles or glasses from the curtilage and grounds of the licensed premises.
17 Only toughened glass vessels are used to dispense beverages to customers.
18 At least one personal licence holder will be available while the supply or sale of alcohol is being undertaken (who’s identity will be known to all other staff engaged in the supply or sale of alcohol) except in the case of emergency.
19 Another member of staff shall be nominated to act for the Designated Premises Supervisor, in their absence, whose identity is known by all other staff when such absence occurs.
20 Risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the Licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by an officer or a Responsible Authority.
21 The premises shall maintain a drinks pricing policy which complies with any Local Authority resolution made in accordance with approval from the Licensees Forum or any successor liaison body recognised by the Licensing Authority.
22 During the final hour of daily trading appropriate announcements are made or images are projected to remind patrons of the need to leave the premises without causing annoyance, nuisance or disturbance to local residents and to advise patrons of any taxi free-phone or collection arrangements available upon the premises.
23 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with entertainment shall at all times be under the control of the licensee or management and the controlling mechanism shall be operated from a part of the premises inaccessible to the public.
24 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
25 All external doors and windows in the function room shall be kept closed during regulated entertainment.
26 Noise from any regulated entertainment will be inaudible at the nearest sensitive premises.
27 Place a sign in a conspicuous place, requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to nearby premises.
