Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 There shall be no drinks promotions.
3 A CCTV system shall be installed to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary and all images shall be retained for a period of 28 days.
4 All glasses will be shatterproof and plastic bottles utilised whenever possible.
5 Only persons aged over 21 will be present on the premises after 10pm.
6 Children will ony be admitted in the company of an adult (aged 21 or over).
7 A "Challenge 25" policy will be adhered to.
8 Any new DPS shall attend a council-run Compliance Course within two months of their appointment.
9 The capacity of the premises is limited to 80 persons.
10 The removal and movement of rubbish, bottles and beer barrels from the premises and subsequent storage externally to the building prior to collection shall be undertaken between 08:00 and 22:00 hours only to prevent disturbance to local residents from such activities.
11 There shall be placed at all exit points from the premises in a place where they can be easily read by customers, clear and legible notices requiring persons to leave the premises and the area quietly so as to minimise disturbance to local residents.
12 The premises licence holder shall provide suitable containers for the storage of waste, which are constructed and maintained to prevent the removal of such waste by vandals, thieves, scavenging animals or birds, accidental spillage or inclement weather. This shall include any external receptacles provided for the disposal of all discarded smoking related litter, so as to prevent waste litter being deposited onto the highway or in the rear alleyway. Arrangements should be made for the regular collection and removal of waste.
13 All external smoking areas provided for the premises shall be located to the front of the premises, so that any associated use does not cause a nuisance to any nearby noise sensitive properties.
