Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The licensee shall ensure that staff arriving before 09.00 hours or departing late at night when the business has ceased trading, conduct themselves in such a manner to avoid disturbances to nearby residents.
2 The premises licence holder will arrange for litter dropped in the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the licence holders expense at a frequency of not less than than sixty minute intervals during opening hours.
3 For the purpose of the condition above 'the collection and removal of litter' should be taken to include the washing away to the gutter of spilled food and similar materials so as to leave the footway in a clean, safe and wholesome condition.
4 McDonald's Restaurants Limited will put up signage requesting staff and customers respect nearby residents when leaving the premises.
5 A CCTV system will be in operation whilst the premises is open to the public and maintained to the satisfaction of the Lancashire Constabulary. Immediate access to the CCTV system will be provided to Police Officers and Council Officers at their request.
6 McDonalds Restaurants Limited will comply, as far as reasonably practicable, with relevant Health and Safety and Fire Safety legislation. All required Health and Safety risk assessments and Fire Safety risk assessments will be undertaken in writing and reviewed on a regular basis.
7 Children's parties will not be held during the licensable hours.
8 McDonalds Restaurants Limited will ensure that the commercial waste storage bins are of suitable design and condition to ensure waste is stored safely until collections.
9 At least one SIA registered door supervisor will be employed between the hours of 2am and 5am on Friday nights, Saturday nights and any Sunday nights where the following day is a Bank Holiday. The door supervisor will wear reflective identification as approved by the Lancashire Constabulary.
