Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Noise from any Regulated Entertainment, Mechanical Ventilation or Refrigeration Plant shall be inaudible within the nearest sensitive properties or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to the residents of these properties or their guests.
2 There shall be placed at all exit points from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, clear and legible notices requiring the customers to leave the premises and the area quietly so as to minimise disturbance to nearby residents.
3 The licensee shall ensure that adequate ventilation is provided so as to ensure that cooking, noxious or persistent smells generated at the premises do not cause nuisance to properties within close proximity.
4 The applicant shall have regard to the Duty of Care on waste and for that purpose shall provide suitable receptacles for the storage of waste and ensure that these receptacles are constructed and maintained in such a way that they prevent the breaking open of the same and the removal of the waste by vandals, thieves and animals, accident or weather.
5 Any external light source associated with the premises shall not cause a nuisance or disturbance to any property within close proximity.
6 The volume of any recorded music shall not be played at a level that predominates over other activities within the premises and in turn, shall not cause a nuisance or disturbance to any property within close proximity.
7 The collection and disposal of bottles and refuse should not take place externally between the hours of 2200 - 0800.
8 All door staff employed at the entrance / exit of the licensed premises will wear a reflective jacket / tabard of a design approved by the Lancashire Constabulary.
9 Closed circuit television is in operation at the premises, consisting of 5 working cameras in and around the licensed premises: 1 outside the front of the premises, 2 in the customer area, 1 in the kitchen and 1 at the rear of the premises.
10 Arrangements will be made for taxis to be called for patrons from within the premises so as to minimise disturbance from those waiting outside.
11 The area outside the premises is checked for litter and cleaned on an hourly basis.
12 No unaccompanied children will be served in the premises after 2300 hours.
13 A staff member who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system will be on the premises at all times that the premises is open to the public. This staff member will be able to show Police recent data or footage with the absolute minimum of delay when requested. This data or footage reproduction should be almost instantaneous.
14 The premises shall have installed a wall-mounted screen, no smaller than 32", mounted in a prominent position within the premises, so that patrons can view live-recorded CCTV footage.
15 SIA registered doorstaff to be employed on the premises each Friday and Saturday between 3am and 5am to wear a reflective jacket of a type approved by Lancashire Constabulary.
