Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The premises shall install a CCTV system which shall cover the point of sale area. The CCTV system shall be capable of storing images for a minimum of 28 days.
2 A CCTV camera shall be installed external to the premises to monitor the shop front.
3 Copy training records shall be kept within the store and be produced on the request of a Police constable or other authorised officer.
4 A refusal register is to be kept within the store and shall be produced on the request of a Police constable or other authorised officer.
5 The premises licence holder should be an active member of local forums including the local off-licence forum and Police PACT (Police and Communities Together).
6 The premises shall operate a Challenge 25 Policy whereby staff shall be trained to request proof of age from customers who they suspect to be aged 25 or under.
7 The premises shall ensure that the contact details of the Designated Premises Supervisor or other Personal Licence holder or other senior employee of Wine Cellar should be kept at the premises. In addition, a senior employee of Wine Cellar should be available to attend the premises within 24 hours upon request by the police or other responsible officer.
8 The premises shall employ 2 members of staff on Friday and Saturday nights from 1800 until close of business during June, July, August and on bank and public holidays.
