Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
In relation to the morning on which summer time begins, references to 0400 in the morning shall be substituted by references to 0500 in the morning.
On New Year's Eve permitted hours may be extended from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted hours the following day.
The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement authorities.
Risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the Licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by an officer or a responsible authority.
The Licence Holder will take reasonable steps to clear litter from the immediate vicinity of the premises caused by patrons removing food from the premises. The collection of litter will take place whilst the premises are open.
