Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
1 CCTV will be installed at the premises and will comply with the following:
a. The CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated to the reasonable satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary.
b. The system will incorporate cameras internally and externally and will be capable of providing an image which is regarded as identification standard. Internal cameras must cover the whole of the public and kitchen/service area, and one camera must cover the service area, to identify the staff working there.
c. The system will display on any recording the correct time and date of the recording.
2 Digital recordings shall be held in cloud based storage for a minimum of 30 days after the recording is made and will be made available to the Police or any authorised persons acting for a
Responsible Authority for inspection upon request.
3 A member of staff who can operate the system and download footage will be on the premises during the times licensable activity is taking place. Any request for CCTV footage made by the police or a responsible authority must be produced with the minimum of delay.
4 No person under the age of 18 shall be on the premises between 2300hrs and 0500hrs.
5 The licence holder shall creat e and maintain staffing records to contain as a minimum:
a. Staff details, identification seen, references obtained, right to work checks and any other preemployment checks undertaken
b. Staff training records and qualifications obtained
c. Records to identify shifts worked by individual staff members including the date and start/finish times
These records must be available for inspection by the Police or an authorised officer.
6 A minimum of one SIA registered door supervisor will be on duty at the premises on every Saturday and Sunday morning from 0100 hours to closing.
7 A minimum of one SIA registered door supervisor will be on duty at the premises on every bank holiday and the 27th of December from 0100 hours to closing.
