Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Non-standard timing for late night refreshment:
a) On Christmas and New Years Eve and Bank Holidays untill 05.00 hours the following day.
2 The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement Authorities.
3 CCTV images to be retained for a period of 31 days and to be immediately available to the enforcement Authorities.
4 Risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the Licence holder which relate to the licensing objective will be available for inspection by an officer or a Responsible Authority.
5 Clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
6 Frequent collection of all litter dropped within the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the licence holder's expense at a frequency of not less than 60 minute intervals during opening hours. This includes washing away to the gutter any spilled food.
7 SIA registered doorstaff to be employed by the premises between the hours of 12 midnight and 4 am every Saturday and Sunday morning and at all times past 12 midnight on Bank Holidays.
8 Doorstaff employed at the premises will wear a reflective jacket of a type approved by the Lancashire Constabulary.
