Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 Recorded music will be played at background levels only.
3 The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and maintained and operated to the satisfaction of the enforcement authorities.
5 The CCTV system must cover all angles of the customer service area and restaurant and, in addition, there is to be a camera outside the premises monitoring the entrance and adjoining pavement.
6 The CCTV system will make recordings during all hours the premises are open to the public.
7 The CCTV system will display on any recording the correct time and date of the recording.
8 VCR tapes or digital recording shall be held for a minimum of 30 days after the recording is made and will be made available to the Police for inspection upon request.
9 Risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the Licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by a police officer or any authorised officer acting on behalf of a Responsible Authority.
10 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
11 Unaccompanied children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted to enter the premises after 2200 hours.
