Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Non-standard timings for opening hours and late night refreshment are until 05.00 hours on:
a) Sunday and Monday of each May, Spring and August Bank holiday weekend,
b) Thursday, Sunday and Monday of the Easter Bank holiday weekend,
c) Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve.
2 Any written risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the Licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by an Officer or Authorised person.
3 Adequate and appropriate fire fighting equipment will be available on the premises.
4 Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment and materials will be available on the premises.
5 All ventilation and extract systems will be designed and maintained so as to ensure that cooking, noxious or persistent smells generated at the premises do not cause a nuisance in the area.
6 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents when leaving the premises late at night will be displayed on the premises.
7 The Licensee shall have regard to the Duty of Care on Waste and for that purpose shall provide suitable receptacles for the storage of waste and ensure that these receptacles are constructed and maintained in such a way that they prevent the breaking open of the same and the removal of the waste by vandals, thieves, animals, accident or weather.
8 The premises Licence holder will arrange for litter dropped in the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the Licence Holder's expense at a frequency of at least sixty minute intervals during opening hours.
9 For the purposes of conditions above ’the collection and removal of litter’ should be taken to include the washing away to the gutter of spilled food and similar materials so as to leave the footway in a clean, safe and wholesome condition.
10 The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement Authorities.
11 CCTV images to be retained for period of 31 days and to be immediately available to the enforcement Authorities.
12 SIA registered doorstaff to be employed at the premises between midnight and 0500 on Saturdays, Sundays and on Bank Holidays; and between midnight and 0400 on any Friday when the premises are to remain open after 0300.
13 Doorstaff employed at the premises will wear a reflective jacket of a type approved by the Lancashire Constabulary.
