1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The restaurants are open only in term time when lunches and evening meals are available to the public. Hours are limited to when the college is open.
2 The premises are used as a training facility for the students.
3 Members of the public can book for lunches or evening meals to be prepared and served by students.
4 There is CCTV on site and the premises has its own security service monitoring the site.
5 The service is supervised by college lecturers.
6 Regular internal risk assessments are carried out.
7 Children are only admitted to the premises with adults.
