Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The non-standard timings for the late night refreshments and opening hours are:
a) On Thursday to Monday for each Easter, May, Spring and August Bank holiday weekends until 03.00 hours the following day.
b) On Christmas Eve and Boxing Day until 03.00 hours the following day.
c) On New Years Eve until 05.00 hours the following day.
2 The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate for the purpose and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement Authorities.
3 Any written risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the Licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by a police officer or a Responsible Authority.
