• Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions

   

  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  a)              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

   

  or

   

  b)              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence, or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  1              The theatre is to be used for teaching students and giving experience of live performance and production.

   

  2              The bar is ancillary to the theatre.

   

  3              The bar is open only when public performances are taking place in the theatre.

   

  4              Audiences are admitted by ticket only.

   

  5              The campus is manned by security staff.

   

  6              The bar is operated by trained supervised staff.

   

  7              College lecturers present when operating.

   

  8              Fire equipment and emergency lighting all present on premises.

   

  9              Risk assessments are carried out by college.

   

  10              The premises are used only during the week.

   

  11              Smoking is not permitted in the theatre.
