Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Any written risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be made available for inspection by an Officer or Authorised Person.
2 Adequate and appropriate fire fighting equipment will be available on the premises.
3 Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment and materials will be available on the premises.
4 Any noise from Mechanical Ventilation or Refigeration Plant shall not cause a public nuisance or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to any property within close proximity.
5 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbances to local residents when leaving the premises late at night will be displayed on the premises.
6 The licence holder shall provide suitable receptacles for the storage of waste and ensure that these receptacles are constructed and maintained in such a way that they prevent breaking open of the same and removal of the waste by vandals, thieves, animals accident or weather.
7 The collection and disposal of bottles and refuse should not take place externally between the hours of 22.00 - 07.30 hours.
8 Any external light source associated with the premises shall not cause a nuisance or disturbance to any property within close proximity.
