Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The sale of alcohol will be restricted to club members and non members visiting the club for any function, or sporting, recreational or other activity organised or approved of by the club.
2 The outside of the premises is well lit, including the car park.
3 Glasses and bottles are not allowed to be taken outside and notices to this effect are displayed. All bar staff and members are aware of this rule and the need for vigilance.
4 Any amplified music would be turned down in volume after 22.30 hours.
5 The club has a no smoking policy in the club house.
6 No person under the age of 18 years will be permitted to serve alcohol or work behind the bar.
7 All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
8 Appropriate measures will be taken to ensure staff prevent the removal of bottles or glasses from the curtilage and grounds of the licensed premises.
9 At least one personal licence holder will be available on the licensed premises while the supply or sale of alcohol is being undertaken (who’s identity will be known to all other staff engaged in the supply or sale of alcohol) except in the case of emergency.
10 Only toughened glass vessels are used to dispense beverages to customers.
