Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The non-standard timings permitted for the provision of Regulated Entertainment ‘E’, ‘F’ and ‘G’, are:
a) On the Friday to Monday of the Easter, May, Spring and Summer Bank Holidays until 01.00 the following day,
b) On Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, until 01.00 hours the following day.
2 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with entertainment shall at all times be under the control of the Management.
3 All external windows and doors in the function room will be kept closed during regulated entertainment except in the event of an emergency.
4 A sign will be displayed in a conspicuous place, requesting patrons to avoid causing noise nuisance or disturbance to local residents.
5 Noise from any regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the nearest sensitive premises, or at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to neighbouring residents or their guests.
6 Regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises during regulated entertainment shall be made and the noise level adjusted accordingly.
7 When live or recorded music is played, all reasonable steps will be taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.
8 The licence holder shall ensure that the maximum number of persons allowed onto the premises shall not exceed the capacity determined by the Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service.
9 Persons under the age of 18 are only to be allowed on the premises if accompanied by an adult member or bona fide guest.
