Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with any regulated entertainment shall at all times be under the control of the licensee or management and the controlling mechanism shall be operated from a part of the premises inaccessible to the public.
2 All externally opening doors and windows to remain in a closed position during performances of regulated entertainment.
3 When live or recorded music is played reasonable steps will be taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.
4 Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting members and bona fide guests to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises quietly.
5 CCTV surveillance, with exterior lighting, will monitor arrivals and departures at the Club’s main door.
6 Persons under the age of 18 are only to be allowed on the premises if accompanied by an adult member or bona fide guest.
7 Signage is to be posted in all bar areas prohibiting the direct/indirect supply or delivery of alcohol to children.
8 Committee members, stewards and bar staff, are to be instructed in the Offences Provisions of The Licensing Act 2003 relating to alcohol and the Protection of Children.
9 The Club will advise patrons of the taxi free-phone service available upon the premises.
