Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement Authorities.
2 Risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the Licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by an officer or a Responsible Authority.
3 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
4 Frequent collection of all litter dropped within the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the licence holder's expense at a frequency of not less than 60 minute intervals during opening hours. This includes washing away to the gutter any spilled food.
5 The Fast Food (workplace) has adequate lighting, ventilation, sanitary and washing facilities for the employees.
6 Adequate rest breaks are taken by the staff during the working day.
7 The staff are fully trained in the use of cooking, storage and ventilation equipment. The equipment is safe and suitable for use and cleaned and maintained at regular intervals.
8 The staff are trained in emergency measures such as vacating premises and informing fire services if there is a fire. Special instructions have been given to ensure all cooking and ventilation equipment is switched off and gas isolation valves checked closed at the end of the night.
9 First aid box is provided.
10 Appropriate fire and safety exit signs are provided along with fire extinguishers and blankets.
11 Our staff are trained in the use of knives and working with equipment with hot surfaces.
12 Food hygiene and handling, cleaning of worktops and food preparation areas are also taken seriously.
13 Non slip floors laid in the kitchen area to avoid slip hazards.
14 Manual handling is limited to manageable weights.
