Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Sinbads has three CCTV security cameras, of which two are colour. These cameras are connected to a multiplex recorder which records for 24 hours a day.
2 Youths are not encouraged to 'hang around' in or outside the premises.
3 The delivery of takeaway food stops at midnight.
4 Delivery of stock to Sinbads is every Tuesday before 7pm.
5 There are parking bays on the main road outside of Sinbads.
6 There are provisions within the premises for waste litter and a council owned street bin is immediately outside the shop.
7 There is an extraction fan inside the shop which is not used after midnight.
