Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Door keeper and security system in operation at all times.
2 All members to prove membership to gain admission.
3 All guests must be signed in.
4 Members and guests subject to rules and disciplinary action of the club.
5 Existing maximum capacity of the club:-
Concert Room 360
Lounge 120
Games Room 120
6 Members and guests asked to leave the premises quietly.
7 Children, when allowed must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.
8 Over 16s allowed at any time - all children allowed on a Sunday, but are limited to the Lounge Bar area.
9 All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
10 The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement Authorities.
11 Appropriate measures will be taken to ensure staff prevent the removal of bottles or glasses from the curtilage and grounds of the licensed premises.
12 Only toughened glass vessels are used to dispense beverages to customers.
13 There are to be a maximum of 12 Temporary Event Notices on the premises.
