1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 A Challenge 21 scheme will be in operation at the premises.
3 Records of proof of age checks and refusals shall be kept at the premises. A record will also be kept of refusals of persons who are already intoxicated.
4 Wherever possible alcohol shall be kept behind the counter and in clear view of staff.
5 A personal licence hodler will be available at all times.
6 The premises shall be sufficiently covered with CCTV both internally and externally.
