1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Intoxicants to be sold to residents and their private friends only.
2 The bar area as indicated on the attached plan is limited to a maximum occupancy of 50 persons.
3 No persons under 18 years of age will be permitted in the bar area after 1930.
4 There will be no notices of an adult nature displayed on the premises.
5 A 'no proof - no sale' policy in relation to the sale of alcohol to under 18's will be in operation at the premises. The only ID acceptable will be passports, photo driving licences and PASS accredited proof of age cards.
