1 Permitted hours for the sale of alcohol shall extend from 1000 on New Year's Eve to midnight on New Year's Day.
2 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
3 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Permitted hours for the playing of recorded music shall extend from 1000 on New Year's Eve to midnight on New Year's Day, and the premises is permitted to remain open accordingly.
2 The premises may vary either the start or the end of standard hours for playing of recorded music, late night refreshment and supply of alcohol on up to 12 occasions per year, subject to the consent of the Police where at least ten days' notice has been provided to both the Police and the Licensing Authority, with the Police giving their prior written consent in all cases.
3 All alcohol in the restaurant area of the premises will be served to tables by waiting staff.
4 Notices will be displayed reminding patrons to leave quietly and to respect local residents.
