Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
2 Appropriate measures will be taken to ensure staff prevent the removal of bottles or glass from the curtilage and grounds of the licensed premises.
3 Only toughened glass vessels are used to dispense beverages to customers.
4 Persons under the age of 18 are only to be allowed on the premises if accompanied by an adult member or bona fide guest.
5 The maximum number of persons to be accommodated in the premises or in any particular part of the premises at any one time shall be as follows:

6 On 12 occasions in each calender year, the premises is permitted to extend the hours of operation by one hour. On these occasions no less than 7 days notice will be given to both the police and the licensing authority.
7 Ground floor Bar Lounge
a) All windows in external walls will be kept closed whilst regulated entertainment is taking place. The doors leading from the bar lounge to the front and rear entrance porches will be kept closed as will the outer doors to these porches (save for normal ingress and egress). The arrangement will be that both inner and outer doors of these porches will not be open at the same time. The windows in the gable wall adjacent to the WC compartment and the kitchen, to be kept closed during provision of regulated entertainment, (or alternatively provided with secondary glazing). The door to the WC compartment to be fitted with a self-closing device.
First floor Club Rooms
a) All doors and/or windows leading from the clubroom to the balconies will be kept closed during provision of regulated entertainment.
b) The door to the WC compartment adjacent to the kitchen to be fitted with a self closing device.
c) The volume of amplified sound used in connection with entertainment will at all times be under the control of the management who will ensure that it will be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive premises.
8 Members and bona fide guests will be asked to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises quietly.
