Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The premises are equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement Authorities.
2 Risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the Licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by an officer or a Responsible Authority.
3 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
4 Frequent collection of all litter dropped in the vicinity of the licensed premise to be collected and removed at the licence holder’s expense at a frequency of not less than sixty minute intervals during opening hours. This includes washing away to the gutter any spilled food.
5 Door supervisors will wear a reflective jacket of a design approved by the Lancashire Constabulary.
6 The volume of any recorded music shall not be played at a level that predominates over other activities within the premises and in turn, shall not cause a nuisance or disturbance to any property within close proximity.
7 The Premises Licence holder shall ensure that cooking, noxious or persistent smells generated at the premises do not cause nuisance to properties within close proximity.
8 The Premises Licence Holder shall provide suitable containers for the storage of waste, which are constructed and maintained to prevent the removal of such waste by vandals, thieves, animals, accidental spillage or inclement weather.
9 The collection and disposal of waste/refuse should not take place externally between the hours of 22.00-08.00 hours.
10 Any external light source associated with the premises shall not cause a nuisance or disturbance to any property within close proximity.
11 On Fridays and Saturdays licensed door supervision will be employed between the hours of 3.00am and 5.00am.
12 On any Bank Holiday Weekend, licensed door supervision will be employed between the hours of 3.00am and 5.00am Friday to Monday inclusive.
13 On all other days, between 3.00am and 5.00am an adequate number of licensed door supervisors will be on duty as appropriate to any risk assessment and in accordance with the guidance under the 'Nightsafe' scheme. Such risk assessment will be documented, kept on the premises and produced to an authorised officer on request.
