Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The non-standard timings permitted for the provision of Regulated Entertainment ‘E’, ‘F’, ‘G’, ‘H’, ‘I’, ‘J’ and ‘K’, are:
a) On the Sunday of the May, Spring and Summer Bank Holidays 12.00 to 00.00 hours,
b) On Christmas Day from 11.00 hours.
2 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with entertainment shall, at all times, be under the control of the Management and the controlling mechanism shall be operated from a part of the premises inaccessible to members and their guests.
3 All externally opening doors and windows are to remain in a closed position during performances of regulated entertainment.
4 Noise from any regulated entertainment shall be inaudible within the nearest sensitive premises.
5 CCTV surveillance, with external lighting, will monitor arrivals and departures at the Club’s main entrance and adjacent car parking area.
6 On Friday and Saturday admission to the club is to be controlled by a door steward.
7 The maximum number of persons to be accommodated in the premises or in any particular part of the premises at any one time shall be as follows:
Concert room 150
Snooker room 100
Sun lounge 30
Or as otherwise advised by the Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service. It is also the responsibility of the licence holder to notify Blackpool Council’s Licensing Service, in writing, of any amendments to the figures stated above.
8 Signage shall be displayed at all exits requesting members and bona fide guests to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises quietly.
9 When live or recorded music is played, all reasonable steps will be taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.
10 Appropriate measures will be taken to ensure staff prevent the removal of bottles or glasses from the curtilage and grounds of the licensed premises.
11 All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
12 Persons under the age of 18 are only to be allowed on the premises if accompanied by an adult member or bona fide guest.
13 Children shall only be allowed access to the snooker room for snooker tuition when accompanied by an adult member or guest.
14 Children accompanied by an adult member or guest are permitted to attend pre-organised private functions in the concert room.
