Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The non-standard timings permitted for the provision of Regulated Entertainment ‘E’, ‘F’ and ‘J’ are:
a) Monday to Sunday 20.00 to 23.45 hours, and only for pre-arranged private functions held in the function room.
2 CCTV surveillance will monitor arrivals and departures at the Club’s main entrance and emergency exit.
3 The licence holder shall ensure that the maximum number of persons allowed onto the premises shall not exceed the capacity determined by the Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service.
4 Signage shall be displayed at all exits requesting members and bona fide guests to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises quietly.
5 When live or recorded music is played, all reasonable steps will be taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.
6 All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
7 Appropriate measures will be taken to ensure staff prevent the removal of bottles or glasses from the curtilage and grounds of the licensed premises.
8 Only toughened glass vessels are used to dispense beer to customers.
9 Persons under the age of 18 are only to be allowed on the premises if accompanied by an adult member or bona fide guest, and then only to attend a pre-arranged function being held in the function room.
10 Persons aged 16 or 17 are to be allowed access to the games room, if accompanied by a member or bona fide guest, for the purpose of snooker tuition.
11 The bar in the function room will remain closed during the children’s Christmas party.
12 Signage is to be posted in all bar areas prohibiting the direct/indirect supply or delivery of alcohol to children.
