Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The non-standard timings permitted for the provision of Regulated Entertainment ‘B’, are:
a) On the Friday to Monday of the Easter, May, Spring and Summer Bank Holidays 12.00 to 01.00 hours the following day,
b) On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day 12.00 to 01.00 hours the following day.
The non-standard timings permitted for the provision of Regulated Entertainment ‘E’, are:
a) On the Friday to Monday of the Easter, May, Spring and Summer Bank Holidays until 01.00 hours the following day,
b) On Christmas Day and Boxing Day until 01.00 hours the following day.
c) On New Years Eve until 02.00 hours the following day.
The non-standard timings permitted for the provision of Regulated Entertainment ‘F’, are:
a) On New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day 19.00 to 01.00 hours the following day.
The non-standard timings permitted for the provision of Regulated Entertainment ‘G’, are:
a) On the Friday to Monday of the Easter, May, Spring and Summer Bank Holidays 19.00 to 01.00 hours the following day,
b) On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day 19.00 to 01.00 hours the following day,
c) On New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day 19.00 to 02.00 hours the following day,
d) On illumination switch on/off day 19.00 to 01.00 hours the following day.
The non-standard timings permitted for the provision of Regulated Entertainment ‘J’, are:
a) On the Friday to Monday of the Easter, May, Spring and Summer Bank Holidays until 01.00 hours the following day,
b) On Christmas Day until 01.00 hours the following day,
c) On illumination switch on/off day until 01.00 hours the following day.
2 Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting members and bona fide guests to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises quietly.
3 Liase with the Environmental Health Department to determine the best course of action to prevent a statutory nuisance occurring from plant operating on premises. This may require the Blackpool Central Bowling And Social Club employing the services of a reputable sound consultant to carry out a noise assessment.
4 Any sound attenuation works should be carried out in accordance with advice from the Environmental Health Department or from the noise assessment and to the satisfaction of the Environmental Services Division.
5 All rubbish from the premises, which is then removed to outside the premises for collection, is to be stored in suitable containers that are vermin proof until said collection has taken place.
6 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with entertainment shall, at all times, be under the control of the Management and the controlling mechanism shall be operated from a part of the premises inaccessible to members and their guests.
7 All externally opening doors and windows are to remain in a closed position during the performances of regulated entertainment.
8 Noise from any Regulated Entertainment shall be inaudible within the nearest sensitive properties.
9 Persons under the age of 18 are only to be allowed on the premises if accompanied by an adult member or bona fide guest.
