Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The non-standard timings permitted for the provision of Regulated Entertainment ‘C’, ‘E’, ‘F’, and ‘J’, are:
a) 09.00 to 01.00 hours the following day, on the 12 occasions when the sale and supply of alcohol is extended until 01.00 hours, as outlined in Annex 1, Condition 1, b).
2 Noise from any regulated entertainment will be inaudible at the nearest sensitive properties or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to neighbouring residents or their guests.
3 All external windows and doors in the function room will be kept closed during regulated entertainment except in the event of an emergency.
4 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with entertainment shall, at all times, be under the control of the Management and the controlling mechanism shall be operated from a part of the premises inaccessible to members and their guests.
5 Regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises during regulated entertainment shall be made and the noise level adjusted accordingly.
6 CCTV surveillance will monitor arrivals and departures at the Club’s main entrance.
7 The licence holder shall ensure that the maximum number of persons allowed onto the premises shall not exceed the capacity determined by the Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service.
These are:
Ground floor lounge 150
Billiard room 100
First floor concert room and bar 350
Or as otherwise advised by the Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service. It is also the responsibility of the licence holder to notify Blackpool Council’s Licensing Service, in writing, of any amendments to the figures stated above.
8 Members and bona fide guests will be asked to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises quietly.
9 Children shall only be allowed on the premises to attend the annual Christmas Party.
