Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions

1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

a)              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

or

b)              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

2              Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

1              Non standard timings for 'A', 'E', 'F', 'G', 'H', 'I', 'J' are:

a)              until 00.30 Christmas Eve and Boxing Day and 01.30 New Year's Eve

The premises will be open for an additional 30 minutes on these occasions.

2              First floor of the premises to be limited to a maximum of 200 persons including staff.

3              Fire alarm to be provided to relevant British standard including automatic detection.

4              Occupancy control to be provided to Fire Authorities satisfaction.

5              Emergency lighting to be checked to ensure compliance with British satndard.
