Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Alcohol will not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
2 The premises will be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and is provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement Authorities.
3 Recordings will be made available to the Police and other agencies (including the Local Authority) on request.
4 All staff will be given suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises.
5 Adequate and appropriate fire fighting equipment will be available on the premises.
6 Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment and materials will be available on the premises.
7 A notice or notices will be displayed in the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and will indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
8 A 'no proof, no sale' policy will be adopted on the premises in relation to persons appearing to be under the age of 18 years.
