1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 The premises will maintain a Challenge 21 policy for at least the first three months after the store has been opened, the object being that any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years will be asked for identification before alcohol is sold to them. The only accpetable forms of identification are those which contain both a date of birth and a photograph.
2 Notices are displayed in the premises highlighting that it is an offence for adults to purchase alcohol on behalf of minors.
3 A multipoint CCTV system will be installed at the premises, covering the sales and till areas. The cameras will be linked to a video recording system and all recordings will be made available to the Police on their request. Recordings will normally be kept for 31 days.
