• Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions

   

  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  a)              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

   

  or

   

  b)              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2              Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  1              On one day per month for the purpose of whisky tasting evenings permitted hours for the supply of alcohol and the opening hours of the premises shall be 1900 - midnight.

   

  2              Admittance to the premises shall be by intercom with CCTV, or by appointment.

   

  3              Instore tastings shall be limited to 1-3 CL.

   

  4              The licence holder shall participate in the promotion of the street drinking ban.

   

  5              Deliveries to the premises shall be between the hours of 0800 - 1800 only.

   

  6              No discount beers or alcopops shall be sold on the premises.

   

  7              In relation to sales on the premises the Challenge 21 scheme will be fully supported.

   

  8              In relation to internet sales of alcohol, the following steps will be taken:

   

                1. The purchaser will be required to state (by means of a tick box) that they are over 18.

                2. Only methods of payment available to over 18s (i.e. credit cards) will be accepted without obtaining further proof of identity and age.

                3. Deliveries will only be left with persons over the age of 18.

                4. The website will state prominently that deliveries will only be left with persons over the age of 18.
